Yarn Dying Process
Q: What do you use to dye yarn?
A: I use acid dye powders and citric acid. After the yarn has been dyed, I soak it in a wool wash. The yarn is then spun dry and hung. If there is a sunny day here in Germany, I hang the wool outside in the sun :). The yarn is then stored in a climate neutral room away from our dog Blue.
Yarn Bases:
Q: What bases do you offer?
A: We have an amazing selection of merino and BFL bases in different yarn weights. For more information, please visit our base page.
