Return Policy

1. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. In order to cancel we require the buyer to provide a clear written statement of their cancellation. All notices of cancellation should be sent to the E-Mail Address: info@littlebishesstitches.com.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns that have been wound or processed. This includes yarn balls, cakes or yarn that has already been knit with.

2. Cancellation Period

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

3. The Cancellation Deadline

Cancellations received after the expiration of the Cancellation Deadline will not be accepted.  (reference 2. Cancellation Period)

4. Effects of cancellation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments 

• Within 14 days after we have received a written cancellation of your order. 
• Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment with which your order was purchased. Additional fees for this refund will not be not be charged.

5. Right of Retention

We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have either received your return or we have received confirmation from a postal carrier that your return is underway.

6. Return Shipping

without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

7. Costs of Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the payment of postage for the return or exchange of their purchase.

8. Value Replacement for the Delivery of Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
